Q  Is there a charge for calling to discuss engaging you for a project ?

A  There is no charge for initial calls to discuss engagements. With rare
     exceptions, billings do not begin until the project has been estimated, and
     an engagement letter is signed. We will always disclose, in advance, when
     fees will begin to be charged.

Q  How are fees paid ?

A  Business and personal checks are our most common form of payment. We
     process billings on, or about the, the 20th day of each month. We expect
     payment promptly on your receipt of the billing.

Q  What if I just want to call you for occasional coaching and to bounce
business development ideas ?

A  You may do this. We'll draft an engagement letter for this purpose and
classify it as a specified project. We'll create specialized language to fit
your circumstance.

Q What happens if I want to cancel my engagement ?

A You may cancel an engagement with us, with no further obligation, if you
provide us with 30 days written notice and all fees are paid current
through the date of the notice.

Q What can expect from your firm ?

A  You can expect:
  • That we will only accept projects where we have expertise and can assist you in improving your business;
  • To have greater direction and motivation about how to work toward your objectives;
  • That we will hold you accountable to achieve your objectives;
